Your first visit

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a time on the booking page or message us on WhatsApp. For a lash set, fill or lift, you confirm a deposit by message to hold the time.

Step 2: What to bring
A photo of a lash or brow look you like, if you have one, and a note of any allergies. We ask you to sign a short form before we start.

Step 3: When you arrive
Arrive five minutes early and ring the bell at the street door. Street parking is on Bergenline Avenue and the side streets, and several bus lines stop nearby.

Step 4: What to expect
We talk through the look you want, you lie back and rest your eyes, and we work in steps we explain as we go. A set takes two to three hours and a fill about an hour.
Before you come
A little preparation
Lash visit
Come with clean eyes: no mascara, eyeliner or oil-based makeup remover that day. If you wear contacts, bring your glasses.
Brow visit
Skip shaping your brows yourself for a week or two, so we have the line to work from.
Wax visit
Come with hair about as long as a grain of rice, and skip strong skin-care products the day before.
First lash set or lift
Ask for a patch test when you book, and tell us about any allergies. Your artist goes over it with you before we begin.
